Unboxing Video Requirement
To address any concerns regarding defects, missing, or incorrect items, we require a clear unboxing video taken before opening the package.
The video must show:

  • The full condition of the outer packaging
  • The process of opening the parcel
  • Each item being taken out one by one, to confirm if the order is complete and correct

This video will serve as proof should there be any issues with your order.
Without it, we may not be able to process claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
