Final Sale Policy
All sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.

Exchanges (If Approved)
In the rare case that an exchange is approved, the customer will shoulder all shipping fees.
Please note: exchanges will follow available shipping schedules only, and rush requests will not be accommodated.

Order Modifications
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to the design, size, or color. Please double-check all details before checking out.

Unboxing Video Requirement
To address any concerns regarding defects, missing, or incorrect items, we require a clear unboxing video taken before opening the package.
The video must show:

  • The full condition of the outer packaging
  • The process of opening the parcel
  • Each item being taken out one by one, to confirm if the order is complete and correct

This video will serve as proof should there be any issues with your order.
Without it, we may not be able to process claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
